Pros

Good salary; most managers understand work/life balance; ability to work from home occasionally

Cons

Departments are understaffed and lack proper resources. Senior leadership has talked much in the past year about improving employee morale and encouraging internal growth ... but they never follow through on these initiatives. The end result: Everyone is forced to do more with less, and morale continues to weaken.

Pros

Pay was decent. Benefits were decent.... nothing else.

Cons

Workers that are slacking are often lauded the one time they do something good. Workers that consistently give good work are swept under the rug. Favoritism is rampant which disgusts me. There is borderline sexual harassment occurring and for the 200+ cameras they have around the facility, I cannot believe that it was not seen or anything done about it. They do not care about physical or emotional well-being (unless you are a favored worker, then they cater obscenely to you). Supervisors are annoyed when you ask questions and often just send you to another employee to get an answer. They give off this air of not wanting to be bothered at all. Supervisors are usually always on their cell phones playing games. I have even seen one on their phone showing another employee a rather inappropriate video. Again nothing is seen or done. I guess the cameras are just for decoration. Supervisors heavily socialize with the favored workers, slowing work. Again, the workers that DO actually do good work often feel forgotten and left out. Morale is in the pits and I can see why there is high turnover for the decent workers.

Pros

Barely the paycheck, close to public transportation

Cons

Only the suck ups get promotions, its very dramatic, racist , and clique-y. My supe was actually a good supe, even though I dont think she liked me. I dont care . We had metrics to meet to get a bonus , the cap on the bonus in my dept was like 300 for a quarter, then they tax that so it was like an extra $50 on your check. Then the breaks , OMG the building is so big that unless you were close to a bathroom that was your whole break, then they gave us a bit a of freedom with our 30 minutes, use it how you like in whatever incriments, but if you use it that way on certain days omg...napalm. Im all about adaptation, so I can adapt but here was not a place I could thrive. If you go to school online, dont have any kids, arent ambitious enough to want anything past this OR if you play the politics of it , youll be okay. If you just want an income without bs , not for you. Twice a person in a leadership position who was NOT the same ethnicity as me made a negative comment about my hair texture. People would frequently make comments that were of a low frequency and become upset when you responded back with the same level of respect.
