      Gossip Over Facts, Politics and Gender Bias

      Pros

      Some Good People work there but more leave on their own everyday. Leaving only the average and the non motivated behind.

      Cons

      HR and some Female Execs focus on gossip more than facts. The solution to every problem is another reorganization. The top talent and execs have mostly cashed out and left for other jobs.

      Benefits and salaries are somewhat competetive.

      Cons

      Weak leadership. Constantly changing priorities. This is not a people driven company. They do not care about people, just bottom line and stock price. Never worked at a place where there was so little value placed on developing employees or value people in general. Promotions go to slave drivers, not leaders.
