      Pros

      Pay is decent, there are a lot of smart people working for the company. There are advancement opportunities for professional people at headquarters. Can't speak first hand to operations/call center type jobs.

      Cons

      Lack of focus from management, can't work on everything at once. The ends justify the means. Ends = quarterly numbers. Means = whatever it takes to hit them.

      Decent benefits, including paid time off accrual

      The CEO needs a semester at charm school - he's a stumbling, ad libbing mess in front of his employees. And he's unable to handle a merger - if this co. ever purchases yours, run away. Performance reviews are an absolute joke - just a tick mark on a manager's checklist, yet the CEO insists it sorts the good from the bad. And communication with employees is simply awful; they distribute plenty of slogans, apparent pats on the back, and glossy web pages with smiling faces; but real info is never disseminated in any formal way. What Fortune 25 company loses top execs after less than a year - and never announce it internally!
