I am not one that is big on being micromanaged, but every single second of your shift is being monitored. This was my first call center job, so I did not understand how that worked. During peak times there was a shortage of key players such as RPh and Supervisors. This really held up call times.

Benefits are not so great and pay is also okay.

Pay can be improved upon.

Very stressful and Micro managed to the max. No one wants to help you. Everyone just refers you to SOP. Instead of helping you.

Not sure they really care for their employees and bonuses get taxed so badly that it’s like you didn’t even get one. Pay could definitely be better.

Inequitable pay, hierarchical leadership, some leaders are still operating in the old ways of breaking down employees instead of building them up

Work life balance is not there

Lack of growth of opportunities

there’s a lot of downsides
