Too quick to make changes

Cant roll over a ton of PTO

no work life-balance...management doesn't really care about employees

Favoritism in management means you won’t go anywhere unless you fake it to make it or get chummy with managers. If that jives with you great, if it doesn’t vibe with who you are they will use you to get projects and extra work done and you will get nothing in return.

The culture was negative at the time.

Management and Supervisors are constantly changing the rules to benefit them and have no concerns for the patients or workers.

Not too many cons for employees

Work can feel tedious at times, but it's a warehouse.

Horrible Communication No appreciation for the work you contribute.
