      Remote, some benefits are good

      Super visors think they know it all which they don't. Training was awful and did not give correct information. The interviewer only skimmed over what job duties were. They don't trust their employees when it comes to having computer issues unless the entire company is having issues. They don't believe you and you have to use PTO or not be paid . You are not given enough time to do a good job since you have to reach certain numbers. This company only cares about numbers on the reports. Very stressful job. Chained to a computer desk pretty much for 8 hours.

      I've not had any issues with the company and I've been working here for 15 years. I feel like the leadership is supportive and the company tries to offer as many benefits to the employees as they can.

      I think the pay could probabky be higher for some departments.

      They pick at you and pick at you until you feel completely defeated despite the fact that patients give you nothing but compliments on your help and abilities

      Good benefits Was able to get to supervisor position in 8 months

      There are some great people that work there but the leadership does not provide the correct tools needed to do the job correctly and they are not flexible when you have a family emergency.
