Too much turnover, not stability

I was very happy working there .

1. Lack of support after training 2. Heavy volume of calls which come right in no time to take a breather. 3. lack of professionalism among supervisors and leaders. 4. lack of training when it came to learning about benefits plans and how they work which was not part of the job descriptions advertised when applying nor was it discussed during the interview process. 5. the Pay is low and miscommunication about pay differential

-you have to open alot of bottles which can hurt you hands

Work and life balance, managing

Leads and upper management are not cooperative to their employee, sometime felt that the work environment is worst.

The attitude of many is poor do to continuously being understaffed. Management is not involved in recognizing positive reinforcement nor correcting poor attitudes and performance.

They micromanage, will fire you for no reason
