compensation-i have been with the company for 13 years and have worked my way up and am only at 50k a year. The team of 28 I manage is the best in our department and always assist in operational improvements in my dept. I go above and beyond and am not compensated fairly. for it.

Poor leadership. Over worked underpaid. Always beating around the bush type answers

If you like talking to people and don't mind a little verbal abuse from callers, then this job is for you.

Everything else. Literally micromanagement to the SECOND! Constant threat of being fired. They motivate thru fear. Mandatory overtime that they promised to stop never ended and they would schedule it anywhere they wanted. Sexual harassment went totally unchecked. Revolving door.

It's very hard to move up. There were potential employees who had been there 20+ years but were passed on during promotions. They eventually left the company.

When I first started with this company in the Billing & Enrollment Department we were given the work we were trained on. After Covid all that changed and now it seems we are given work that should be done by another department that is at a higher pay scale. Almost feels like we are doing management or supervising lead work load and too much pressure for the pay scale.Every week is something different and never consistency. Plus new hires are getting hired in at the current pay most of us that have been with the company 2 or more years are at and that is not fair. When we started out it was around 15hr hired in and most of us now make around 18-19 hr which is what new hires with less experience are making so I feel that our pay scale should be increased taken that into consideration. As inflation costs are rising and it’s not fair that a new hire makes the same amount as the ones with years of experience

The culture pushes for a lot of work.
