Pros

The work I did got boring, very repetitive, but enjoyable, easy, and stress free.

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE. They lie, talk down to you, and act like they are in junior high. I cannot stress enough not to work in that department. Management will have 1:1 meetings with you and will gossip about it later to employees not holding a management role. They ask for opinions and suggestions but if you speak up, you are questioning your supervisor which you should not do. Then watch out. You are a target. That happened to me and I was moved to sit right in front of my manager. I am not a complainer. I am a hard worker who was striving to do my best and was going above and beyond. Employees are not at all valued. I was also told I couldn't eat lunch at my assigned time anymore, and it was getting changed due to "business needs" when there were 88 other employees on my team and I did not have the role of answering phones or anything. She wanted me to eat lunch alone at a time when no one else was scheduled to go to lunch. If you take a job there, hopefully all the bad managers have been weeded out after turning them into Human Resources.

Corporate ways will drive this company into the ground.

Pros

Solid company, room to grow if you like corporate stuff.

Cons

Weak management. Both managers I had were incredibly weak. Ask questions, first one would simply write back a crappy email, asking me what the answer was, since she didn't know. Act like she was training me by making me go find answers. But she got promoted. 2nd manager was so scared he would whisper on the phone, since he didn't want to have anyone at corporate hear him. Again, could not answer questions, umm, let me get back to you that, then never would. Again, he was promoted as well.

Pros

Good salary; most managers understand work/life balance; ability to work from home occasionally

Cons

Departments are understaffed and lack proper resources. Senior leadership has talked much in the past year about improving employee morale and encouraging internal growth ... but they never follow through on these initiatives. The end result: Everyone is forced to do more with less, and morale continues to weaken.

Pros

-Very engaged managers and senior leadership. I always feel I can be candid with my superiors and get support. -The opportunity to work on strategic projects that you know will have an impact on people's health and well-being. -I joined Express Scripts after they switched to casual dress and it's awesome! -The compensation and benefits are the best out of any company I've worked for.

Cons

-Frequent reorganization of teams can make it difficult to understand how your role fits into the bigger picture of your department.

No leadership

Pros

They have really good benefits and PTO. They had really competitive pay.

Cons

They don't have any leadership. The managers depend on the supervisors to know what's going on, but they aren't able to assist with any functions of the jobs. The management team doesn't share information with very trust. It feels like you're being lied to, and they don't care.

Pros

I've been with the organization for three years and have had a really positive experience. Both of my managers supported my career development and I've had the opportunity to do really innovative work. The ability to work from home when needed is a plus.

Cons

Company faces the same pressures as other large, publicly traded companies.
