No training at all, upper management loves to micromanage every aspect of department, pay is super low for years of experience, does not care about employees or team morale, high school like drama in department, no WFH

Extremely disorganized department, top heavy management, poor work/ life balance, little to no direction, awful on boarding process, little to no guidance regarding development, very high turnover, the department "right-sized" less than two months after upper management stated they would retain the talent they had currently.

Senior Management is completely out of touch; many have Engineering background and cannot relate at all to pharmacy. Employee managers are a joke, most uneducated and unprofessional, and they expect employees to respect them. Treat employees like dogs, no talking, no socializing without being written up. Employee managers play favorites.

Immediate supervisors and managers can be very incompetent. Unnecessary metrics can decrease patient care and service .

No cons reported, working for a great manager and team.

After January of each year the company seemingly finds a way to fire people or give out write ups. You learn absolutely nothing in training. They base everything on "integrity" which the Supervisors, Managers, and upper management is lacking. Program system is outdated.

Not good work life balance. Cut throat when performance reviews came.
