Pros
Benefits use to be better until Express Scripts was sold off. There is 401k, medical, dental, vision. There is only a handful of supervisors or managers who are caring and helpful.
Cons
Some managers/supervisors are micro-managers and set hard to reach goals instead of realistic ones (ie: requiring high output numbers).

Managers have goals, objectives, and potential projects outlined ahead of time. They really want their interns to take away something valuable from the internship
Cons
The 3 day orientation is a little slow/mundane to go through

I have worked with Express Scripts for over 13 years even through all mergers and acquisitions. The benefits and work from home are great pros.
Cons
It is concerning to me how employees were let go during mergers and how I have actually heard individuals advise managers not to rehire employees for no reason. There are managers actually bypassing candidates just because another employee advised them not to re- hire them.

Standard job benefits that are included in fortune 500. Easy interview and great colleagues. Excellent 401k match remote work freedom depending on manager however everything will be changing after Cigna takeover effective 2020. Only good for short term in these cases since it takes over a year to get used to the PBM business.
Cons
Everything depends on your immediate manager which is middle management position and though my manager and colleagues were excellent the department itself was lousy with no training and very short sighted approach to problems. No opportunity for promotion or growth unless you switch departments. Lots of silos and middle management has a hard time dealing with it. Lack of fresh ideas and approaches in top management and you will see same people getting promoted year after year 😁 who are pals.

Benefits are good, very lax attendance policy, time off good, earn points for regular work that you can spend in online store to purchase anything and everything almost, very clean and neat warehouse.
Cons
Micro managers that constantly follow you around checking on you, scream at you and treat you bad.
