Long shifts Bad managers No Opportunities to advance

It’s department by department just like any corporate office. You can get micro managed or have really great leaders

Pay was very low Strict Environment wasn’t the best

A little bit of favoritism shown from managers but overall nothing too bad to say

Favoritism in management means you won’t go anywhere unless you fake it to make it or get chummy with managers. If that jives with you great, if it doesn’t vibe with who you are they will use you to get projects and extra work done and you will get nothing in return.

Can increase pay pkg if possible.

Infrastructure is poor with regards to data handling and process.

You're treated like a child or idiot. And if you're both you'll thrive.

Company direction is hard to follow
