Working process, had to do everything you weren’t properly trained for

-Lack of growth -High turnover of employees -Low pay compared to other companies -A lot of employees were very unhappy that I encountered when working at Express Scripts

No work life balance. Management doesn't get it. One person is expected to do the work of five people. Very unorganized. Hard to get other departments to get the work done required of them on behalf of client. Makes us all look bad and the client and members suffer.

Not sure they really care for their employees and bonuses get taxed so badly that it’s like you didn’t even get one. Pay could definitely be better.

HR and upper management are disconnected, some of the supervisors I worked with need serious leadership skill improvement, FMLA violations left and right claiming business need (that may work for ADA but NOT on the Federal level), They only care about stats - regardless of how high your CS stat is or how many customer compliments you have. CEO is disconnected - while he tries to come down to the base level and hear it all out, local leadership covers it up.

I cannot think of anything bad about working for Express Scripts

Getting cussed at, always giving bad news to patients, low pay, tied to the computer and forces to answer back to back called with only 6 seconds or less inbetween. Poor training. Took 3 months just to train and they didn’t even cover 1/4th of the stuff we would actually need to know.
