Pay could be better

You weren't given a choice on what shift you wanted to work. There was mandatory OT from the first day on the job. One of the jobs I did for two hours ruined my back. HR made it seem like I caused that myself. So because of that issue, I left after a couple of months. Not worth the hassle.

Promises of flexibly but it is not there. Not the option for advancing.

While IT is fully on board with Agile, the Business is lagging behind making it somewhat difficult to fully realize all of the benefits from the methodology.

Very old technology, too much restrictions on access (to the point where it's nearly impossible to get new software), they also pay employees far less than they should for highly technical work

Limited ability to move up if you are not based in Saint Louis. Employees based in STL seem to get promoted just for proving they can show up to the office consistently. Not a lot of opportunity to grow into higher paying roles; you mostly become a cog in the machine.

Long commute to work for some
