Management very unprofessional. They hire their friends and try to get rid of everyone else.

Lack of consistency when it comes to rules, flex program is not run properly which causes dissent in the department, employee favoritism, extremely toxic work environment

Very poor regard for employees. Company is so metrics driven and operational supervisors are held to ridiculous standards that micromanagement is insane.

Lack of communication and training

Overwork pay is ok but need better raises base based on your performance not the company or other employees

Mandatory overtime, pay could be better, not enough incentives.

Slow promotion/career growth Management seems to care more about delivery than empowering and developing their employees Management wants to solve all of the problems themselves, rather than listening to those under them that are closer to the problem. There has been a shift in culture since the Cigna merger, employees are simply "resources" now and are treated as such. They have benefits, they just aren't very competitive.
