Management leaves a lot to be desired. There is no upward mobility for employees that are not apart of company clicks. There is no consistency in the values that the company says they stand for. Non transparent organization.

Low pay in a union position with limited opportunity for advancement. Company also decided to close multiple locations where employees were earning a higher wage, in favor of outsourcing to 3rd party call centers.

Favoritism, if you are not kissing up to the supervisors, than you will go no where within the company. Was told I didn’t need my eyes to see to drive or do my job when i attempted to get accommodations. Was advised to purchase my own products for their computer systems.

meetings to talk about meeting to discuss other meetings. Talk a lot about change but little action toward any real change. They keep doing the same process just name is something different.

Sitting literally all shift, health issues start from constant position, esp. spine, headaches, weight gain, slowed metabolism, severe eye strain from 8+ hrs a day using computer, you must be devoid of morals to lie to patients for the sake of a contract, life and death medications should not be a commodity for shareholders, loss of any skills previously learned, you read off a screen all hours, no deviation allowed, sometimes it is the same paragraph approx 5-10 mins over and over again all shift, your value is determined in seconds, how fast you talk, get patient off phone, time between hangups and being ready for next call, not helping patients .
