Express Scripts reviews about "people"

Express Scripts used to be challenging but fun. It has turned into the most exhausting, soul-sucking place I've ever worked. Management is constantly asking us to do more with less; as a result, there is no collaboration and the work-life balance is a joke. They talk about innovation, but innovation it's impossible when we can't even convince people to perform their core job functions much less do extra. Plus, with the recent return to work requirements aren't working - morale is in the toilet and productivity is completely shot. Instead of doing our jobs and having good work-life balance, we're in the car getting to and from work where no one talks to each other except on the phone anyway.

Lately budget constraints are guiding the growth of my team and the projects we want to work on.

None that I can think of

- Managers can lack empathy, respect, and experience with taking calls. They hired people who never took calls before or are familiar with the process to attempt to coach us. - Insane standard per call while at the same time failing to communicate what people are doing wrong thus in a sense purposefully causing workers to fail and be let go. -Express Scripts and Cigna will NOT give you a proper schedule, you will NOT get 2 days off in a row they will give you 2 potentially random days off while they bear down on you for every small mistake you make -Cigna and Express Scripts are playing with the livelyhood of its employees by giving cryptic feedback to their standards, burning out their employees, and giving them the bare minimum wage.

hybrid position for other person and management

There are some great people that work there but the leadership does not provide the correct tools needed to do the job correctly and they are not flexible when you have a family emergency.

maybe more room to grow within certain teams. not many negatives about this place.

Not for people who aren’t self motivated or disciplined to work from home
