Pros

Not many pros but I enjoy the people I work with and as an exempt employee the days are pretty flexible so taking care of appointments or errands is easy.

Cons

Compensation is terrible. Only few seem to get promoted. Communication is lacking with leadership in order to discuss goals and steps to develop competencies.

Pros

You are provided a lot of pto and paid sick time ( comes from pto ) work from home

Cons

no call wrap between calls starting making other teams take in bound calls and let lower teams have VTO for weeks no development , only for people they choose the pay does not match inflation - not enough to pay bills the training is no long enough for new people to be comfortable high turn over rate hard to trans to there teams within the company no leadership just take calls or trans the call to a more seasoned person overworked and under paid micromanage insurance is awful most importantly the pay is not there. what they start people out at you can make in fast food

Pros

Great people with good benefits.

Cons

Pay and raises are very disappointing. Upper management talks the talk, but does not follow it up with good treatment of its employees. You feel like a cog in the machine.

Not as exciting as it once was

Pros

There are a lot of good, hard-working, down-to-earth people here. If you can find yourself in the right position on the right team, you'll have opportunities to work on a diverse set of projects in a fast-paced challenging environment with smart people. PTO is pretty good.

Cons

If you find yourself on the wrong team, you'll be managing tedious second-rate processes with limited impact and no real hope of making a significant difference. If you enjoy treading water you'll be fine, but if you get bored of the same thing every day you may not be happy. There are jobs like this at every company, but the size and growth of Express Scripts has made these positions much more prevalent than they used to be. It's much more likely to find yourself in one of these dead-end positions nowadays. It feels more crowded than it used to, and the roles are smaller and more focused on mind-bending levels of detail about really specific things. Actually getting meaningful things done has become very difficult as it requires weigh-in from countless people with their own highly specific needs. Decisions only get made at the VP level, and then often with politics and turf fallout. If you find yourself in a losing or forgotten piece of the organization, jump ship - trust me, you'll be sorry if you don't.

Pros

nice cafeteria, easy operating systems

Cons

management was really horrible, they hated their job and made us hate them too. there was a shift manager that would nitpick at certain people border lining racism and harassment but when complained about, nothing because he was a higher ups nephew.

Pros

Not much to share for Pros. The vacation days include sick days and the benefit package is minimal

Cons

The President of Express Scripts Canada is MIA for everything from BBQs to important client meetings. He boasts about being an employee focussed organization but is working the people to the bone and does not seem to care. Some of the IT people are working 60 hour weeks with no end in sight. The leadership team seems ok, but they do not seem to care that their boss is checked out. Paid Time Off is not negotiable, it includes Personal Days and Sick Days as well as Vacation Days. You best not get sick because you wonm't have any time left to take for vacation. The benefit package is mediocre The salary is well below what the market is
