Poor management, poor training, they don't really care about their employees.

Everything! Management is rude and the training does not prepare you for the job

Lack of work. Ceo makes so much a year yet laid off and closed so many facilities. We were told since we worked from home our jobs were secure but then they closed our department. Very focused on numbers.

Some teams and middle management can lead to a miserable work experience. Pay raises are disappointing. Learning and training opportunities are lackluster and finding time to complete what is available within the organization is difficult.

The training is awful. They train you for five weeks and they don’t do any continuous training. The pharmacy world there’s always changes, and they send out an email letting us know about the change but they never give us time or opportunities to read those emails. They expect us to know everything that is sent us but they don’t ever give us time to go over ask questions. Mandatory increase in responsibilities without added pay

The pay is low to start at entry level to get started and you have to work weekends when you get hire. So get ready to adapted to changes with you jobs over the months.
