I've waited to write this review because I wanted to be fair and not bitter. But I think I should warn you that the executive team is, like most people, only mostly honest, not exclusively so. I think they are probably good people, family members, etc. But trust me: they do not care about you, they do not have your best interests at heart, and yes, they may mislead you- just like they mislead customers and analysts- if they think it will get them ahead or save them a buck. Ensure you are getting what you need out of the relationship and get it in writing because otherwise they will use you up and spit you out; verbal promises will not materialize, just like the "vapor-ware" they try to sell. I'm a man but saw enough over the years that you women folk need to be especially careful working here, at least if you have modern/Western ideas about self-respect and the meritocracy of ideas. Ultimately the Mgmt team is clueless. They tend to hire people with little to no experience because they're affordable, and so that everyone in their employment knows even less than they do. (Which of course also retards the companies overall success.) They hire outside consultants but ignore them, I saw it happen all the time. They pay for your ideas/contributions but won't act on them. I have never seen a leadership team so insular and hard-headed. This is frustrating, but only if you care about your job. Exterro was in the right place at the right time around 7-8 years ago with a single product, became somewhat successful and grew, and then squandered their success and plateaued, not doing what was necessary to take it to the "next level." My sense is that they're already in a slow decline. I'm certain there's no future here; their house of cards will collapse under its own weight eventually.

Some unprofessional, immature sales people tolerated because they have been with the co. from the beginning. High turnover otherwise. Co. is owned and managed by several engineers (who are related).
