      FMLA rules System updates during work sometimes The merger was difficult but is getting better Not enough bilingual agents Dealing with some customers rudeness.

      Working at Extra Space Storage has been exceptional. The work environment is top tier. I couldn't ask for a better team or company to work for. I recommend anyone to join the Extra Space Storage Company!

      Pros

      Working at Extra Space everyone is willing to assist with any questions you may have. Company has a great PTO/attendance system. Company does a great job listening to their employees regardless if it's negative or positive to make the company better as a whole. Extra Space is very upfront, and you know what is expected of you. Extra Space has a lot of tools in place to help you succeed. Extra space is very diverse, and have great benefits.

      Cons

      I do not have anything negative to say because Extra Space like their employees to be open so they can provide a great company balance and work on improvements when needed.
