Pros

I have worked for Rinkov Eyecare Centers for 3 years now. There is always an area to advance in or expand your learning in. There is a variety of experience here allowing growth for all levels of employment. The district Manager who overseas the Columbus locations is really awesome, she is incredibly smart and supportive to her teams.

Cons

Some hours are extended and Saturdays hours. Health benefits are very pricey for families.

Pros

Fair pay with lots of opportunities for advancement, bonuses, and incentives. Has a great model for future growth buying sound established medical practices and the great selection of frames and lenses makes the sales process easy and totally customised for each patient. Great to have weekends off some stores even close early on Friday.

Cons

The computer program could be better but they are making improvments. Pre-testers shoulnt play favorites to give someone an unfair advantage because they bring the chart out and deliberatly give an advantage to purposfully create tension. Let's just split them between everbody so that patient care isn't effected.
