-Your sick time is not separate from your PTO -The health insurance is ungodly expensive (I was working 2 jobs to literally cover the health insurance costs through this company) -Very little room for growth and promotions -High levels of favoritism -Majority of leadership comes off as racist (Majority of people of color never stayed more than a couple of months the entire time I was here.) There is a reason they have so many job openings, because the company does not take care of its people. It's a high turn over rate in that department. Husband worked in call center and quit after a month due to its working conditions as well.
