Cons

I started working for this surgery center when it was an independent doctor owned center and it was great! They sold to FFL investment and we were screwed. Gradually took away everything. Pay increases decreased, bonus taken away, and health care is awful! I left last September with no regrets. Only interested in money.

This company is really geared toward aggressive growth, and is unique in the eye care industry by providing business support for Optometrists AND Ophthalmologists. This means that career growth is there at every level of the organization and if you're motivated to build your resume with a solid company this is the place for you. Truly, as a current, long time employee, this is a great place to be!

Cons

Benefit package has room for improvement.
