The camaraderie with some of the cop workers.

Cons

I’m still here our of necessity due to Covid. This company is extremely poorly run. There is no competence in management. Supervisors walk up and down the aisles, trying to catch someone doing something, so that they can tell on them. They’re so far behind because their computer system as well as management are incompetent. The main boss has her favorites. It doesn’t matter how good of an employee you are, it’s all about whether you like her or what she’s wearing. Mixed messages and chaos are the norm. The pay is a joke, not competitive at all. I’ve never seen a company with the turnover this company has. New employees constantly, while the good ones leave.

This place is an absolute disaster. Everyone is getting laid off and the current employees are expected to pick up the slack. Everyone is doing 3 peoples jobs without an increase in pay. Not to mention I was hired and told that this was a fully remote position. Now I am being expected to go to the office full time just because I live within 30 miles of HQ… meanwhile most of my team lives across the country and gets to continue working remotely. How is that fair?
