The only pros I found was a couple of kind people and then mostly rude people that actually helped me find my current job by ignoring me at an event such that the others that got to know me, offered me a job instead. Truly can’t thank you enough for that. I’m at the best agency now thanks to that.

Cons

This was the most toxic place I’ve ever worked. On my first day, one of the employees actually walked up to me and whispered “run.” I thought she was crazy, but turns out it was me that was crazy for not reading these reviews first. Pretty consistent theme of mid level management micromanaging and treating employees poorly. When I had the guts to speak up and say how I was feeling, I was always told it was my fault somehow.

They bring in lunch sometimes, a lot of activities

This job took a huge toll on my mental health, it was one of those positions where I would wake up dreading going to work. The management was awful - never felt like I fit in or anyone valued my opinion, they hardly acknowledge you unless you've been there for more than 5 years. You had to constantly walk on eggshells and I got to the point where I was terrified to send a simple email for fear any little thing I said wasn't good enough for management. I literally had to get approval for EVERYthing I did (simple emails to clients, everything). The micromanaging is INSANE. I've never experienced that level of people constantly watching every little thing you say or do. They keep people around that they probably shouldn't because of tenure, but a lot of those people need to desperately uplevel their skills. I honestly would never recommend this place to anyone.
