Heavy micromanagement. There's no new employee onboarding process. Collaboration is almost discouraged. They'll hire you for your expertise, but then not take any input into consideration. I was misled from the beginning as to what the role was going to entail. Leadership is accusatory, unknowledgeable, and there's a whole family dynamic to tip-toe around. There's no process, no documentation of best practices, and no priority placed on work-life balance. It's a very dismal place to work. There were people literally crying due to being overworked and micromanaged. If you value your own mental well-being you'll work somewhere else.

I can’t really think of any off the top of my head… but in order to thrive here, you need to be a self-starter, have good time management habits and MOST IMPORTANTLY communication skills.
