Variety of clients so it doesn't get boring. Working with the account teams is enjoyable.

Not having the ability to work from home, as a writer, is silly. Layoffs happen a but too often.

I mean it was a job. So that’s positive.

Cons

Horrible, degrading management with zero interest in anything except their own success is probably number one. I’ve never even heard of a job where there was no training and you were just expected to figure everything out yourself. I was consistently yelled at if I didn’t immediately figure out processes completely unique to their company without being told. And this is coming from a self starter who’s never been in trouble at any job prior or since. I could say a ton more but all there is to say is I would avoid account management there at all costs.
