Going downhill

Pros

Cheapish cafeteria food, Gym, Pension, Good co workers.

Cons

Everything else. A lot of us were hired at Hybrid workers, coming into office 2-3 times a week depending on department, as of recently they have shifted to full time in office BUT not for EVERYONE. that’s right, not EVERYONE has to come in 5 days, they pick and choose who to force to come into office 5 days a week. There is a whole department that works fully remote. Talk about unfair. The morale at the company has declined tremendously, few years ago everyone here was nice . Good mornings , hellos, smiles, now we pass by each other and no body even smiles. People are quitting daily. The CEO & upper management lack serious compassion. Middle management micro manages and control your every move. I have never felt more unhappy at a company as I have here and I am actively searching to leave, as are most. Don’t even get me started on career growth, non existent. Living wages go up but pay here stays at minimum. I know people working second jobs just to get by here. Save your happiness and apply elsewhere!

Bring Back the Hybrid-Work Model, Get a New CEO

Pros

The job offers excellent perks such as a retirement plan and an exceptional team of colleagues.

Cons

The current full-time in-office model is causing a significant decline in the number of highly qualified and skilled candidates. Morale across all offices is alarmingly low, and the pay scale is either at or below market standards. Middle-management is due to retire soon and appears to have lost interest in grooming the new generation or delivering quality work. The new CEO has received negative feedback, and some of the statements made by him are concerning, including a remark about the organization's rating on Glassdoor. It is imperative to address the issues and take appropriate measures to improve the organization's results and morale. The C-suite and management lack empathy and the familial values that the organization once prided itself on. Despite having a college degree and years of experience, employees struggle to meet ends with the low wages offered. While there are individuals who genuinely care about the organization and its work, they do not hold influential positions in the organization. The organization's diversity efforts are commendable, but the c-suite and upper management lack diversity, limiting the introduction of new ideas, cultures, and opinions. The c-suite's only interest appears to be their bonuses and compensation, while the hardworking employees receive low wages.

A Job Worth Quitting For

Pros

The most people in the company are very nice, helpful and want the best for you.

Cons

Average pay and benefits. No chance of a promotion in your current position. Despite pretty, buzz word lingo, senior management does not care about employees well being as shown by their actions.
