Pros
Fellow Faithlife employees are often my friends, even though I'm not an evangelical Protestant and am therefore not part of the dominant culture. My supervisor and office mates are a lot of fun to be around, and I have good friends in numerous departments. I've also never been bored here; my current position brings me into contact with a lot of fascinating content, and if I were less perfectly satisfied with my department, I'd have confidence that I could try for some of the frequent opportunities for transfer. The company culture would be lively enough to support my appreciation for the place, I think, even if I were bored by the work--but that's hard to say for sure, as I never have been. :)
Cons
Constant drive to Ship! + being a people-pleaser = tired a lot. :) But I knew that equation would be part of the deal when I applied.
