Not the greatest place to work, but also definitely not the worst
Pros
Can be a great place to work if you have a good relationship with your partner, management, and Fire. They actually issue designated 30 min meal periods during your shift. Equipment (generally) is in good working order. Vehicle problems are attempted to be addressed quickly, but thats also because they don't have units to spare.
Cons
Scheduling dept. is a nightmare. Lots of issues and they don't do a good job of helping employees in correcting even their own (scheduling dept.) mistakes. Management is seemingly out to get the employees for violations. The company is very quick to pull the trigger on disciplinary action and termination rather than to rethink how employees are/were trained. This Company has one of the longest training programs of any other company in the field but the new employees are continually entering the field unprepared for the position.
