      Work in an ambulance. Supervisors are cool. Many co-workers are good. Respect from the community. Room for growth over time.

      Cons

      Upper Management has head up rectum. Pay increase is 3% annual. No bonus. Lack of respect or consideration. Upper management is unaware of the real issues we face as care providers. This is a business, NOT a public service entity.
