Opening a new office in Europe was a quite difficult task and came with some growing pains but by now FareHarbor EMEA is in a great position - good internal structures, great market potential, wages of the sales team are rising and values that are really lived like "FareHarbor is a tribe". People care for each other, also Management ist really looking out for the employees what we especially felt during the pandemic. When you work at FareHarbor you will always find amazing people and a unique work atmosphere.

I have been working now for almost 2 years at FareHarbor. We started the market in all European countries back then so the salary expectations were not met in the first year. However, this completely changed as we are growing rapidly and especially AE´s are starting to get their moneys worth. In this pandemic, FareHarbor basically increased the commission structure so employees were not left alone with their base salary. While other companies are letting people go - FareHarbor was rather investing in their current workforce. The management is concerned about their workers. We can feel this and I appreciate what they have been doing especially during this pandemic! Also, great work atmosphere with awesome colleagues.
