Everyday is something different and there is always a way to learn new trends in the market place. Most of the team is great to work with

Owner is not good at communication with his employees. The pay is average, and there is no room to grow.

Pros

Fastsigns has a great team, they are happy and get along well, I enjoyed the environment a lot. The work was easy most of the time with just checking graphics from clients or creating simple logos and promotional materials. My manager was considerate of my time and would be very flexible with lunch breaks or letting me off early when things were slow. Being a franchise it all depends on your owner. Quickly received a raise of a dollar, which was nice!

Cons

Being new, I was hourly which meant some slow weeks I wouldn't get a lot of hours. They didn't offer me benefits. For having a degree in my field I really wanted to be paid a better rate. No paid holiday until youve been there over a year but it increased the longer you stayed.
