Work Environment depends on the Franchise Owner
Pros
FASTSIGNS corporate provides a lot of tools to their franchise owners and they have certain expectations of the franchise, which can be good if the franchise owner is open to them. A FASTSIGNS franchise can be a relaxed but professional atmosphere, depending on the owner. The best thing I can say about the franchise owner I worked for is that he was loyal to his people, meaning he never really fired anyone ... even if they really needed to be let go.
Cons
Again it all boils down to the franchise owner, the one I worked for was not a good boss, or business manager, or anything. The business operated pretty well for a long time, but I think that had more to do with luck, the previous good economy, and the good people he had working for him.
