Pros

Work from home setup is great

Cons

Overall, this is a really struggling ‘startup’. Old leadership lead the business astray with promising clients and employees things they could never make happen and now new leadership has come in to fix things, but have removed the transparency and soured the culture. Instead of lifting teammates up to make sales, your calls/emails/mistakes/updates are all tracked and displayed for everyone to compare against. Workflows and processes change every day or week and the turn around time to implement said change is 24 hours. Management doesn’t care about career growth - it’s just about getting to a number.

Pros

Great benefits Great people Ok pay

Cons

The only events that happen more frequently than lay-offs are restructurings. The top leadership is dishonest. They used to tout that they are a people-first company until they decided that being AI-first is more profitable. There is no stability, even if you are not fired. They restructure teams a few times a year to be able to hire new Silicon Valley execs who are then let go after a year or less. No consideration for people or, frankly, even the effects of this chaos on the business. Most of the upper and middle management are burnt out and in survival mode. While a lot of people would prefer a toxic culture over unemployment, working at Fetch will definitely gut your health, both mental and physical, to a point where you will no longer enjoy life.
