Pros

You work remotely from home and do not have to speak to people on the phone. The job is easy if you put in the time to really learn it. Great health benefits.

Cons

I had such high hopes when I was hired at Fetch. I really believed the talking points about diversity, getting promoted if you put in the work, and feeling welcome in the workplace. I was so wrong. I worked really hard in my position and was consistently overlooked for promotions by less qualify candidates who did subpar work as a support specialist. They were always a favorite by someone in the department. The worst part was the woman who took part in doing my interviews for multiple promotions. She was later dismissed for allegations of racism. And in my conversation with other employees, we all felt the negativity coming from her. I put in so much work and thought if I met the criteria for a promotion (and they laid this out in detail during orientation on what you have to do to get promoted to senior specialist positions and etc.) that I would succeed. But I never did. I felt more resentment by those in higher positions because I wasn't who they wanted to see do exceptionally well. I wasn't a favorite and I'm not white. I was beaten down mentally. It breaks my heart to see the customer service job advertise on a popular social media page. Last, they WILL lay you off unexpectantly and with no warning whatsoever. This company had a couple of mass layoffs. And it sucks when your account is suddenly deactivated out of nowhere. However, the company willingly kept a specialist who was KNOWN for cheating and using tools to horrendously solve tickets AND give him a promotion. At the end of the day, I felt like nothing more than a tax credit who was expendable at any moment. Lesson learned.

Pros

I met my wife here

Cons

This place is toxic. They do not care about the employees unless they are white. Both my wife and I quit. Everything I am reading about them is true. They even promoted people with no management skills and never managed people but wanted my wife to train her boss even though she was doing the work; they moved the white person into the role and paid her more with no experience. You can work here and be promoted if they like you, but if they do not, you will be targeted and either fired or quit on your own. There is no place for non white people at this company

Pros

You will meet some of the best coworkers here.

Cons

Where to begin… Management is sexist, racist, and do not care about your well being. I have watched minority individuals with disabilities be spoken down to and complaints made to HR that go absolutely no where. In fact, HR told management of complaints that were supposed to be protected and retaliation happened. Way too many changes are made at a moments notice so you can guarantee that management will constantly be coming down on you for any little mistake that doesn’t match the newly updated standards. Random promotions of the toxic managers. You are better of working anywhere else.

Thanks for leaving a review; I'm disheartened to read this feedback, and I'm hoping you'll reach out so we can discuss it more. Racism, sexism, and ableism are never OK; they're contrary to who we are and what we're doing here at Fetch. Trust is one of our core values. This includes Fetch employees trusting their managers, leaders, and People Operations partners, including (especially!) with complaints and concerns. If a manager has ever retaliated against someone for raising a complaint, I want to know about it. I hope you'll reach out so we can discuss. - Rachel Olchowka, Chief People Officer
