Pros

None in 2022 Before 2022 it was awesome with lot of work life balance, great managers, opportunity to learn.

Cons

I used to feel so proud of working for Fetch and helped recruit lot of people on the team. I raved about no Micromanaging, great work life balance, great potentials for promotions etc. But I switched teams and came under the worst micromanaging manager I had ever seen. He targeted me and threatened me about work performance spewing all kinds of lies and so I reached out to his manager and asked to switch teams as this toxicity was affecting my health. I spoke to others on my team to make sure I am not overreacting and some said they also felt micromanaged by this manager at times. His manager came back and said “micromanaging is justified” and you should stay on the same team and work it out. Thats it. I left without looking back. And these two managers involved are leaving or already left Fetch btw. So who ever reading this, know that your experience might vary. There are still many good people but few narcissist ones you better watch out for because Fetch does not have a people manager training in place like those big companies.

Pros

Working remote is nice, and having cool coworkers is always a plus.

Cons

Work life balance is terrible, long hours, tight deadlines, lack of resources, and bad decisions from upper management. Pay is also below market rate.

Pros

Some of your peers are really really great

Cons

Horrible horrible environment. Any success is despite leadership, not because of it. They encourage backbiting, don't want people to "feel comfortable", and fake deadlines with real consequences. Everything feels like a pressure cooker, and when anything goes wrong, if you can't do the kind of conversational jiu jitsu to find a perfect wayto frame things, you won't last for long. I didn't realize how toxic the culture was until I got out and started working at a place where people can openly admit to each other that they're just employees and our job is just a job
