Stay away - this place is toxic

Pros

- Kind, thoughtful, and intelligent coworkers - interesting technical problems - free lunch on Tuesday

Cons

- they have no values and don’t care about their users or employees. - no vision or clear gameplan. They think that if they mention “AI” enough that value will somehow be generated. - upper management is completely oblivious and some of the worst vultures in corporate America - no work life balance. This place is a meat grinder. - completely soulless corporate execs will destroy you while adding nothing of value themselves - you will be expected to do the jobs of 5-10 people - Wes Schroll is completely blind to how badly he’s been sold a vision that will backfire. He let a bunch of FAANG idiots destroy the company - CTO was asleep at the wheel for years - idiotic and obsessive approach to AI implementation. It’s a cult-like religion and it doesn’t matter if it makes sense or not. I am not even against AI usage for the record.
