Name recognition, decent benefits and pay, generous remote policies, genuinely smart and engaged coworkers

Cons

Every single team has bitten off way more they can chew and all priorities seem to shift on the daily, with executives pouring over the details of outcomes. Sales teams are critically understaffed to support customer needs as well as business needs as more products release, making everyone feel very behind. The culture will keep everyone hustling, making 60+ hr work weeks the norm with extensive travel. Great if you love the hustle but does get tiring when it’s every single week.

Great product Leader in its space Mostly hires great qualified people at the IC level

Cons

Junior level managers that need coaching and shouldn’t have been promoted to managers in the first place Toxic cliquey culture Leadership that has no idea how to pass down and communicate information, can’t make decisions quickly and is constantly saying things are on fire Some leaders aren’t even subject matter experts bur continue to thrive in their toxicity because their ICs are great. Leaders that are unsure what career progression looks like in their organization

Talented teams and solid people. Product has very high user satisfaction.

Cons

Culture is narrow, you either fit in or you don't. Workloads are a bit overloaded. Product planning is not solid, a bit too reactionary. Not as high of a return now that Adobe may acquire.
