      Pros

      It is cliché to say, but if you thrive in a startup environment i.e. fast paced, rapid change, rapid priority changes, and some ambiguity, Figure could be a great place for you. The people here are a big part of what keeps me here. - they're genuinely kind, operate with empathy, and are some of the best in their field. Figure is doing some cutting edge things that don't yet have a lot of regulation, so it's both exciting and a bit of a roller coaster. It's a great opportunity to get in the blockchain/crypto world!

      Cons

      Benefits are great, but salary could be more competitive considering we're a well funded, late stage, and profitable startup.

      Pros

      At its core, Figure fosters an engaging and dynamic work environment. Teams are highly collaborative, and employees are encouraged to take on diverse responsibilities across functions. While this level of ownership can present challenges, it is equally empowering—providing individuals with a meaningful voice in how products are designed, developed, and brought to production. Figure offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package, and the company places a strong emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Most notably, the caliber of talent at Figure is exceptional. Colleagues are not only experts in their fields but also generous with their time and support, creating a culture of mutual respect and continuous learning.

      Cons

      Figure is innovative and ambitious which sometimes results in requirements changing mid-development. There are often many productive initiatives happening at the same time so you're often juggling priorities.

      Highly Rewarding - Not for the faint of heart

      Pros

      Non-workers need not apply. You are part of a team of high performers, subject matter experts and passionate innovators. Figure is high growth, and every day is a full day. This is listed in the Pros section because you will get a lot of experience very quickly! Comp is good, and the medical benefits are very good. Bonus structure is very fair. Current Leadership is VERY effective and hands on. Feel very good with those sitting in the C Suite.

      Cons

      Some disorganization, but it's been that way since the beginning - likely due to its quick adoption of product launches and desire to try and be willing to fail. Some siloing- but this is likely to improve over time as the Company continues to mature. Although also listed in the "Pros" section - there is a TON of work being done. Don't apply if you're not willing to put in a full day's work. Pay increases are not scheduled and may be difficult to obtain. Negotiate your desired salary at the beginning of your employment. (Took off one star in the optional ratings for this). Some good people have left after not receiving a raise or promotion.
