No work life balance. Management has huge egos and will not listen to critique or reason. Managers lie for their own personal gain or to save themselves from mistakes due to poor management. They will intentionally burn you out. Their goal is to have a good engineer and work them to the ground. Management doesn’t listen to feedback. Management creates policy that they themselves don’t follow. They can’t consistently build a vehicle. Knowledge is not passed down because turnover rate is extremely high. The company is falling apart from the ground up. Zero career growth opportunities. They are trying too hard to be SpaceX but only bringing over the bad. Good boys club, managers promote each other and not the workers and engineers doing the work on the ground. They have money problems that they don’t share with employees.

Employee's are over-encumbered with tasks at the start of every sprint, failure to fulfill the duties (which almost always involves >40 hours of work per week) led to my unexpected termination. This company obviously only wants workaholics so if that's your idea of a good time you'll be a great fit. If you value your independence and a reasonable work/life balance then stay far far away!
