Pros

They will be out of business soon.

Cons

Horrible company. Losing customers left and right. Customer service hold times are in excess of 45 minutes +. No support from management and crumbling infrastructure. Low pay, high stress and no market share. They tell customers they are the leader in the industry but nothing that the competition doesn't offer. Broken internal processes that take 3xs longer to do anything compared to competitors. Worst corporate culture I've ever experienced. Don't work for them, don't do business with them.

Pros

Many loyal employees that dedicated and hard workers. Very fair PTO plus. Most mangers genuinely care for their employees.

Cons

Lack of office culture. Most mangers are remote and not in present office. No room for growth. Very big into outsourcing work overseas. A lot of false promises. No formal training for any positions.
