      Pros

      None at all, as far as I could see.

      Cons

      It was obvious that this is a racist environment for minority employees. (FYI: I am white.) A family-owned business that takes every advantage of its lower paid associates. Self-congratulatory atmosphere of managers. No adequate training, but very strict micro-management.

      Excellent perks, pay is good, very generous.

      Cons

      No support, sadly many customers are extremely aggressive over the phone. Put up with a lot of verbal abuse . Aggressive foul mouth customers are always right, management can be cold and indifferent. You need thick skin to work here. Lacks compassion kindness understanding and listening to the needs of the employee.

      If you are lucky to have a competent caring direct manager the job is bearable

      Cons

      Micromanagement Too many bosses Too much internal competition No bonuses No incentives for tellers Very low pay for tellers Constant badgering to exceed goals that will only benefit top upper management Too many tasks for one person to be able to do a quality job Consistently understaffed Can’t retain decent employees Favoritism is rampant and being part of the “Good Ole Boys Club” is a requirement to get ahead
