Management doesn't care about the quality of work, so if you have no work ethic and just want to play in the social club, welcome home!

Cons

Pretty much everything. Any attempts to improve yourself or the company is met with, literally, "Shut up and color." We were told this at least weekly. We would ask for modest and reasonable accomodations or software to make our jobs more efficient, and were told "Shut up and color." Performance was not rewarded - shutting up and playing the political game was.

Many silos Not very efficient Senior management does not engage enough to know about the details of the business Lots of unqualified people that need to retire or be fired Bonus only given to higher management Diversity is a joke, although Memphis has high minority population, minorities are not in 'real' senior management positions and are paid lower Not a great place to develop your career
