Poorly Handled Two Week Notice

Pros

The company invested a lot in my development. I felt valued as an employee for most of the time I worked there.

Cons

The company did a poor job vetting employees and promoting/hiring managers who were qualified. I was also treated poorly once I submitted my two weeks notice, despite my nearly 8 years of service.

Good pay and benefits for 401ks. Good for PTO

Cons

No matter what you do it will never be enough. Depending on your market manager your life will be sucked out by corporate. Everything gets cut back so no bonuses, no thank yous during the holidays.

* Free Coffee *Diversity - You will find people from all backgrounds. *Vacation period is decent *Health Insurance

Cons

*Toxic Management who pretend to be nice and supportive but is a fake reality. They love to gossip all the time. *Work-life balance is a joke - The only people who have work life balance is the managers who come in whenever they want and leave whenever they want to. The load all their work to staff who has bare minimum training. * Micromanaging at it's finest - Fellow colleague was asked to takeover for 3 people's job who left the company in their 4th week. They left the company. * Terrible Training - Very little to no training in existence. * Management lie a lot - One of my coworker who gave a 3 month notice came to find out that her letter of resignation was never received by HR at all. Her manager hid it. Career Oppurtunity - Moving up is very slow. The good ones left the company after the TD merger fell through Terrible Pay - They low ball offers when it's comes to a decent pay.
