No pros very horrible company to work for. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Very careless people. No communication at all.

Cons

FirstLight Home care is a very horrible place to work at. When I first started there I was told I was going to be paid a certain amount hourly then when I received my first paycheck, in which I didn't know that it will be coming in the mail, my pay rate was way lower then what they told me it would be. Not to mention you get paid on Friday your check will not come in the mail until Monday. The communication is very horrible and they can care less about their employee's. I wouldn't even recommend them to be giving home care to your family members.

Nice clientele, it was a pleasure to be an intimate partner in the detailed care of most of these ppl. The company seems to have a good reputation because quality families and organizations called us to work for /with them.

Cons

Owner rather unorganized, 'forgot' to log you in for hours worked, sometimes. I felt very underpaid at $9.35 an hour even though the owner told me not to tell the other CNA's because I was making SO much more than them. Sorry for them if they were making less than $9.00 for such hard work.
