      The organisation genuinely spends time and money on trying to develop people with a large investment in the Learning & Development Academy

      Cons

      Poor culture where staff run to HR or the anonymous "Speak Up" line to make trivial complaints against staff and Management. Disappointing that these complaints are then taken seriously to the detriment of people and the business. Trouble makers should be eliminated from the business.

      good team of guys to work with

      Cons

      poor management. they hide things during intake and ambush you once employment starts. also very bias, they only help who they like. no fuel allowance given to staff for travelling.
