      Pros

      They are a large organisation. Not really a pro but as close as I can get to one.

      Cons

      Misogynistic boys club / HR only works to protect leadership teams / actively spies on work devices including eavesdropping on phone calls / no loyalty to employees / tenure makes you a target

      Pros

      Fletcher is a huge parent company, each different company has different pros & cons. In general you will get a reasonable salary, usually equal or slightly above market value. Work load is fairly low across most businesses.

      Cons

      Micro management culture, you will be timed on entry and departure, regardless of if you have done your work or not. This results in very slow paced & boring .work, great if you are looking for absolute minimum brain engagement, terrible if you are looking to actually develop yourself. Work life balance is good, but you will be incredibly bored at the job, so the time will pass very slowly.

      Some good people in Group Technology

      Cons

      Plenty of poor people, especially in management Poor employee development, for most. Home of the corporate jerks, middle management and those that aspire to middle management who have ambition way above their ability and are prepared o do anything to realise that ambition. Some senior management that use to be those middle managers.
