      Pros

      I'm home every night. That's about all I can say for the job. Oh, and the other instructors are good people.

      Cons

      Management is completely out of touch with employees. Pay, while adequate when I began, falls farther and farther behind each year due to pathetic raises. Or, no raises at all, as happened last year. Job is secure, but incredibly boring and repetitive. I would never, ever recommend this job to anybody. Ever.

      Pros

      You will gain an expert understanding of the aircraft you are involved with. The company is stable and does not lay off much.

      Cons

      The pay, pay raises, and promotion capabilities are almost stagnant (below industry standard)

      Pros

      The people are all very knowledgeable and mostly courteous, both within the company and towards outside customers. There is a strong sense of community, sharing, and commitment to problem solving in-house.

      Cons

      They have taken away many of their benefits recently and have resorted to cutting corners to save money. IE, making shifting the end of their fiscal year to make the overall year longer while reducing money set aside for merit based raises in the same fiscal year.
